history & founder
WAIA was founded by Coach Andre Wise, a visionary educator and sports advocate with over 25 years of dedicated experience working with young men and women. Coach Wise, also the founder of Our Vision Sports Company, has spent decades identifying and addressing the unique academic and athletic needs of student-athletes. His career has been fueled by a passion for guiding students to bridge their academic and athletic lives seamlessly, equipping them with not only the skills to succeed in their sports but also the academic and vocational tools essential for life beyond high school.
